If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I am so thankful and blessed to have place my order with this group. I was out of town and made my order online in the evening and needed it delivered by 11:30 next day. On top of that, had a special request to go with it and ALL was taken care of and it was all PERFECT. Thanks again for what you have created.
