The sympathy arrangement sent to our niece and nephew was timely and lovely. They did not have all the flowers on hand in the picture shown, but they called and I was given the option of waiting until the following day, when they would have them, or sending them with some alternatives, which I chose to do. It was lovely with the substituted flowers and we were happy with the way they handled it.
